Passion

Passion is the genesis of genius.

      Anthony Robbins

Passion! You read and hear about it but where do you find it? Effective leaders are different than most people. They are not always the smartest, the best or the most competent, but they all possess one quality that makes them different.  Passion!  An effective leader believes in what she is doing and once she starts speaking about her cause or product, she becomes passionate, excited and animated. People see and feel that excitement and the feeling becomes contagious.

Leaders Communicate Their Passion

The leader seeks to communicate his vision to his followers. He captures their attention with his optimistic intuition of possible solutions to their needs. He influences them by the dynamism of his faith. He demonstrates confidence that the challenge can be met, the need resolved, the crisis overcome.

       John Haggai

Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind.
